Marketing is not just a brochure, a web site, the brand or an advertisement; it is the whole process.
Marketing looks at what to sell, who to sell it to, how best to package it, what sort of price to charge for it, where to sell it, how to develop it (and your brand) and how best to let customers past, present and future know about it. Often overlooked in this process is ensuring that your own staff often need to be sold new ideas too.
